This job was to convert an electric fireplace to a wood burning stove

When we started to dismantle the old false chimney breast we discovered a brick pillar one side which was supporting an RSJ.

We ended up strengthening the brickwork and creating a new, non combustible false chimney breast, a pre-fabricated flue system and stove.
