With chimney lining products, quality can vary dramatically and can be a minefield due to confusing and conflicting manufacturer’s claims.

At the end of the day it’s simple. It is vital that you use the highest quality available.

It is false economy to fit cheap liners and installation products due to later costs you will have to pay.

We only use top quality liners and fittings such as Poujoulat and Shiedel.
Furthermore, we always insulate external chimneys (where the flue structure permits).
Additionally, we only use steel register plates and a variety of terminals including rain caps, bird guards, and anti downdraught cowls.

Above all, it is vital that you choose the correct fireplace services in order for you to have the best and most efficient fireplace for the long term.

We offer a yearly service to keep your wood burning stove or gas fire in perfect working order and to keep it looking as good as the day it was installed.

To protect your valuable liner we only use the correct rods and brush heads.

One of our highly experienced installers and fitters will be responsible for your high quality fireplaces.

We take a lot of pride in our work. We certainly treat you and your home with the greatest respect and we are equipped to do so with our own cherry pickers, scaffolding and platforms to access the majority of chimneys.

Also, we have all the necessary qualifications and certificates to carry out your new fireplace or stove installation

This includes HETAS, Gas safe (formerly GORGI), Environment Agency waste disposal license, Public and employers liability insurance.

We have the knowledge and experience to certainly carry out the complete job from start to finish. From a simple stove installation to an existing chimney, to a complete chimney breast and pre-fabricated chimney installations, we cover all areas.

Finally, all of our fireplace services carry a standard 3-year guarantee covering the stove/fireplace, installation, additional products and labour

This guarantee can be extended to 5 years (conditions apply)
