Eco fires and stoves is a small family run business selling and installing gas and wood burning stoves, fires and fireplaces. We operate in Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire within 25 miles radius of Fleet.
The owners and the staff all have the same passion for the industry. We are lucky enough to be working in a business providing a product & service that our customers are excited about and look forward to seeing an end result.
We pride ourselves on providing an overall unbeatable experience from the initial visit to our showroom to the finished job and beyond. It is easy to sell something based on being the cheapest or making false promises. That isn’t how we do things at Eco fires and Stoves because of our high reputation.

SHOWROOM
Our converted barn showroom always receives positive comments from visiting customers and also from people within the industry.
It is situated in Crookham Village, near Fleet in Hampshire. With ample off road parking and a tranquil setting, we know you will certainly enjoy your visit.
Within the showroom we are constantly updating the wood burners and gas fires which come from some of the world’s top manufacturers. Most noteworthy, the live chimneys we have enable us to give demonstrations to our customers.
FIRES AND STOVES
Firstly, we only supply products we believe in. Each individual wood burning stove or gas fire in our showroom is thoroughly tested because it needs to meet our high standards. Furthermore, it helps us to give accurate advice on these products and their unique characteristics.
Eco Fires and Stoves specialise in the higher efficiency gas and wood burning appliances. Stone and wood fireplaces & hearths are all hand-made from natural materials which have been selected due to their unique features & markings. Finally, when it comes to design and manufacturing, we cater for your every need. Each fireplace is made especially for you so any adjustments in size, shape & material can easily be done ensuring it looks perfect in your home setting.
SOLID FUEL CHIMNEY LINING PRODUCTS
This can be a minefield of misleading information for the customer due to flue liners being described the same. However, there can be significant differences between them.
We use the heaviest weight 316 or 904 stainless steel flexible liner which is tested much more frequently, especially when it comes off the production line.
The heavier the liner, the thicker the steel, the stronger it is, and therefore the longer it lasts. The closure plates are made from galvanised steel; additionally, the terminals all have bird protection.
INSTALLATION
Lastly, the installation side of our business is the final stage and the part the customer will remember. Phil, our installations manager runs his team of experienced and highly trained installers.
He is hands-on in all areas and shares the same passion for the business which filters through the whole installation team.
It’s all about preparation and detail in finishing, informing customers throughout the process and most certainly leaving you with a job you are proud of.
Our installation service has to be the highest level of quality every time. This can only be achieved through investing in the best machinery and access equipment available. Additionally, we only employ the very best installers.
SURVEYOR
Pete is the main surveyor, who works closely with Stuart. He will visit your home and give accurate advice on not only the installation but will also be brutally honest about whether you are looking at the most suitable products for the job you require.
Again it is all about the service, not just selling a product. Using the latest equipment and his vast knowledge of the fireplace and stove industry, he will provide a comprehensive survey. Pete will also provide a quote including any recommendations.
Pete takes this side very seriously because any mistakes can affect the installation process and this is his responsibility.
AFTERCARE
Finally, and just as important, is the after sales service we provide.
Whether it’s annual maintenance, sweeping the chimney or an in-guarantee issue, it is another side of the business we take immense pride in.
This is another reason for selling products we believe in because we need to ensure we can service and maintain them for many years.
